Responsibilities
- Develop and implement ServiceNow applications and modules to meet business requirements.
- Configure ServiceNow ITSM modules including Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Catalog.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical solutions.
- Perform integrations with third-party systems and applications.
- Maintain and enhance existing ServiceNow applications and workflows.
- Conduct testing and validation of ServiceNow applications.
- Provide support and troubleshooting for ServiceNow applications.
Skills and Qualifications
- 5-10 years of experience in ServiceNow development and administration.
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform and its capabilities.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and AngularJS.
- Experience with ServiceNow REST and SOAP web services.
- Familiarity with ITIL processes and best practices.
