Service Now Developer

We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow Developer with 5-10 years of experience to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions to enhance our IT service management processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement ServiceNow applications and modules to meet business requirements.
• Configure ServiceNow ITSM modules including Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Catalog.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical solutions.
• Perform integrations with third-party systems and applications.
• Maintain and enhance existing ServiceNow applications and workflows.
• Conduct testing and validation of ServiceNow applications.
• Provide support and troubleshooting for ServiceNow applications.

Skills and Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in ServiceNow development and administration.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform and its capabilities.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and AngularJS.
• Experience with ServiceNow REST and SOAP web services.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and best practices.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
