We are seeking an experienced Oracle Field Service Cloud Developer to join our dynamic team in India. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and enhancing solutions within the Oracle Field Service Cloud environment to optimize our field service operations.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement solutions using Oracle Field Service Cloud.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements.
- Customize and enhance the existing Oracle Field Service applications to meet business needs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Oracle Field Service Cloud.
- Conduct user training and provide ongoing support to end-users.
- Ensure data integrity and security within Oracle Field Service applications.
Skills and Qualifications
- 3-10 years of experience in Oracle Field Service Cloud or similar applications.
- Proficient in Oracle Cloud technologies and tools.
- Strong understanding of field service management processes and best practices.
- Experience with JavaScript, SQL, and web services (REST/SOAP).
- Ability to analyze and optimize performance of Oracle Field Service applications.
- Familiarity with integration tools and techniques for connecting Oracle Field Service Cloud with other systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills to work collaboratively with team members and stakeholders.
