Key Responsibilities
- Platform Maintenance: Perform regular system maintenance, updates, and patching to ensure platform stability and security.
- Customization & Configuration: Customize and configure key ServiceNow modules:
- IT Service Management (ITSM)
- IT Operations Management (ITOM)
- IT Business Management (ITBM)
- HR Service Delivery (HRSD)
- Security Operations (SecOps)
- Development & Optimization: Develop and optimize workflows, business rules, UI policies, and automation scripts.
- Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues, including those related to the UI, integrations, and customizations.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
- Integration Support: Integrate ServiceNow with third-party applications using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Training & Support: Provide user training and support change management initiatives across the organization.
Qualifications
Experience & Technical Skills
- 36 years of experience in ServiceNow implementations and support.
- Proficiency in key development technologies:
- JavaScript
- Glide scripting
- REST/SOAP APIs
- Familiarity with ITIL processes and Agile methodologies.
Preferred Certifications
- Certified ServiceNow System Administrator (preferred).
Soft Skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
