We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow Developer with hands-on experience across multiple ServiceNow modules(ITAM, ITOM,CSM,RPA,HRSD ETC). The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing scalable solutions on the ServiceNow platform while ensuring best practices and high performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules
- Work on any modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and other ServiceNow offerings
- Develop and maintain workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and integrations
- Build and customize Service Catalog items, forms, and portals
- Develop integrations using REST/SOAP APIs with external systems
- Perform data imports, transformations, and migrations
- Troubleshoot and resolve platform-related issues
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions
- Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices and coding standards
- Support upgrades, patching, and platform maintenance
Required Skills:
- Strong experience in ServiceNow development (JavaScript, Glide APIs)
- Hands-on experience in any modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, etc.)
- Experience with ServiceNow scripting (Client Scripts, Business Rules, Script Includes)
- Knowledge of ServiceNow data model and architecture
- Experience with integrations (REST, SOAP, MID Server)
- Familiarity with Service Portal / UI Builder
- Understanding of workflows and Flow Designer
- Good debugging and problem-solving skills
