Role and Responsibilities (Accountabilities):

• Develop and configure ServiceNow modules including Incident, Change, Problem, and Request Management tailored to financial workflows.
• Build and maintain a compliant CMDB with accurate data models for financial infrastructure and applications.
• Create secure request forms and flows to support internal and customer-facing services.
• Implement integrations with financial systems using Integration Hub and REST/SOAP APIs.
• Develop automation scripts and orchestration flows to support self-healing and AIOps.
• Collaborate with architects, analysts, and compliance teams to ensure solutions meet regulatory standards.
• Perform unit testing, debugging, and documentation of developed solutions.

Must Have Skills:

• Strong knowledge of ITSM and ITOM modules in a regulated environment.
• Experience with CMDB configuration and maintenance.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide APIs, HTML, CSS, Portals, Widgets and Flow Designer.
• Familiarity with Integration Hub and third-party system integrations
