Establishing seamless coordination with Engagement Managers (EM), Project Managers (PM), and clients to drive successful project delivery.
Providing key decision-makers and stakeholders with the information and platforms needed to make informed and timely choices.
Champion and popularize the extensive capabilities of the ServiceNow Platform among Mercer Client Account Teams, Prospects, and Clients.
Enhance and nurture your knowledge of ServiceNow technologies, staying attuned to industry advancements and best practices.
Grasping the broader technological and business strategy to contribute to the development of comprehensive end-to-end solutions.
Evaluating the alignment of solutions with client requirements, ensuring exceptional fit.
Facilitate the seamless transition from pre-sales phases to deal construction, aligning solutions with clients unique needs.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Investigate the business/technical requirements for the ServiceNow solution, work collaboratively with business analysts and architects to clarify requirements and to achieve a consensus on the client's needs and priorities.
Design and document the ServiceNow project to meet the client needs.
Conducting sessions with client personnel to verify the required aspects of the project needs
Application Testing Assist clients with the testing of the delivered solution / integrations and work with client team to suggest/identify testing scenarios.
Production Rollout Assist with the rollout of the ServiceNow solution into the production environment.
Production Support Includes the practices and disciplines of supporting the ServiceNow solution for a period of time post deployment.
Act as co-lead/support integration lead for smooth functioning of the project.
Take timely, appropriate action to address stakeholder needs/expectations
Identify and manage issue resolution including escalation as needed
Interact and communicate effectively with mid and senior level management
Works with senior level management for understanding the future priorities and plans
Develop & manage communication plans with stakeholders aimed at improved collaboration
Contribute towards building knowledge repositories and conduct knowledge sharing sessions
Knowledge and Skills:
Experience in creating custom flows, custom activities in Flow designer.
Experience in Service Portal Development, should be able to develop custom widgets, editing and refining OOB widgets as per the requirements.
Experience in working with CSS, HTML, Angular. Should also be comfortable with Mobile UI development of Service Portal.
Experience with extending the ServiceNow schema to custom applications. Understands technical and functional design requirements related to ServiceNow.
Experience with Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions, Scheduled Jobs - all scripted aspects of the ServiceNow system. Create and manage scripts and workflow.
Experience with ServiceNow client and server-side JavaScript and the ServiceNow APIs
Scripted Web-Services, AJAX, Business Rules, JavaScript, SOAP, REST SSO-SAML Setup and Integration of ServiceNow to Other Applications
Maintains sufficient technical capability and current best practice knowledge to be able to implement and administer all the company's core products with an advanced level of knowledge in at least one specialist area.
For the assigned components of the engagement: Understands, produces and maintains all relevant project documentation.
Supports less experienced or more junior colleagues assigned to the same engagement.
Feeds back customer views regarding the company's products to the appropriate internal groups to enable continuous improvement.
Solves problems, prioritizes own schedule and delivers within potentially high-pressure business environments as an individual contributor as well as part of a team
Actively listens, respecting others point of view and takes ownership of contributing the required input whilst demonstrating strong communication skills (written, interpersonal and presentational)
In-depth knowledge of Integration and solution design approach around them
Experience developing multiple integrations to/from SN applications
Self-motivated and ability to learn quickly through individual research and self-training.
Effective knowledge transfer skills in non-classroom environment.
Passion for customer service.
Excellent English verbal and written communication skills. Ability to maintain a home office for remote work.
Eligibility:
Should be ServiceNow CSA, CAD
Should have Knowledge of custom applications and agent Workspace/UI builder
Minimum 5 years experience.
Should have at least On Track or equivalent rating in last appraisal
Should not be under any Performance Improvement Plan, or had any official Disciplinary action within the last 3 months
Should not have applied for any other IJP within Mercer within the last 3 months
