Job Description

Location- Chennai/Bangalore/pune

Exp Range- 6-10 yrs

Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral)

Must-Have

  1. Current ServiceNow Certification
  2. Holding an active ServiceNow certification is mandatory to ensure expertise in platform functionalities and best practices.
  3. ServiceNow HRSD Experience
  4. Proven experience in implementing and managing ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) modules to support HR processes effectively.
  5. System Integration Expertise
  6. Hands-on experience in system integrations, with desirable exposure to integrating ServiceNow with Workday and other enterprise systems.
  7. Delivery Methodologies Knowledge
  8. Strong understanding of delivery methodologies and associated tools, with practical experience in Agile delivery frameworks.
  9. Stakeholder & Change Management
  10. Competent in managing stakeholders and applying Change Management principles throughout the delivery lifecycle to ensure smooth transitions.
  11. Effective Communication Skills
  12. Ability to synthesize complex data and communicate findings clearly and meaningfully to technical and non-technical audiences.

Good-to-Have

  1. Risk Management Fundamentals
  2. Demonstrated application of risk management principles to identify, assess, and mitigate risks during project delivery.
  3. Certifications
  4. ITIL and HRSD implementation certifications are desirable for enhanced process and service management capabilities.
  5. Interpersonal Skills
  6. Strong interpersonal skills to foster collaboration and maintain positive relationships across teams and stakeholders.

Role Description / Expectations from the Role

  1. Collaborate with Teams
  2. Work closely with developers, product owners, and process owners to meet evolving business requirements and manage hotfixes, patches, and feature releases into production successfully.
  3. Implement & Maintain Integrations
  4. Design, implement, and maintain integrations within ServiceNow, ensuring alignment with organizational needs and maximizing platform value.
  5. Service Catalogue & Portal Management
  6. Lead and facilitate the configuration of workflows, business rules, scripting, and business applications to maintain and enhance the HRSD service catalogue and portal.
  7. Technical Expertise & Change Implementation
  8. Provide technical expertise for configuration, testing, and implementation of changes within HRSD to ensure optimal functionality.
  9. Validate New Developments
  10. Ensure functionality and performance of new development projects within the organization's systems through rigorous validation and testing.
  11. Troubleshoot & Resolve Issues
  12. Diagnose and resolve technical issues that arise during the development lifecycle, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
