Description
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer with a strong background in ITSM, CSM, and HRSD to join our dynamic team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and configuring ServiceNow applications, ensuring they meet business needs and enhance operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Develop and configure ServiceNow modules including ITSM, CSM, and HRSD as per business requirements.
- Design and implement workflows, business rules, and client scripts to enhance ServiceNow functionalities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure seamless integration of ServiceNow with other systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow applications and provide technical support to users.
- Participate in the entire software development lifecycle including design, development, testing, and deployment.
- Create and maintain technical documentation including design specifications and user guides.
Skills and Qualifications
- 6-10 years of experience in ServiceNow development and implementation.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow ITSM, CSM, and HRSD modules.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and AngularJS.
- Experience with ServiceNow REST and SOAP APIs for integration purposes.
- Knowledge of ServiceNow best practices and development guidelines.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with various stakeholders.
