Roles & Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow applications, modules, and customizations to meet business requirements
- Develop workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and UI actions in ServiceNow
- Implement and maintain ITSM processes including Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Management
- Work with CSMD for asset management, configuration management, and service catalog configurations
- Write efficient SQL queries to retrieve, update, and manipulate data for reporting and integrations
- Build dashboards, reports, and analytics to support operational and management reporting
- Integrate ServiceNow with third-party applications and IT tools as required
- Conduct unit testing, troubleshooting, and performance optimization of ServiceNow applications
- Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical solutions
- Follow ITIL processes and best practices in development, deployment, and support
- Provide technical guidance to junior developers and support production issues
Experience Required:
- 6 - 9 years of experience in ServiceNow development and implementation
- Hands-on experience with CSMD and SQL
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, and Service Catalog
- Experience in workflow automation, scripting, and integrations
- Exposure to ITIL processes and frameworks
- Proven ability to deliver solutions independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Experience in troubleshooting and supporting ServiceNow production environments
