Service now developer +Agentic AI

Responsibilities:

ServiceNow Development & Customization:

• Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, and SPM modules.
• Build and maintain custom applications, workflows, and automation using JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub.
• Configure and manage CMDB to ensure accurate asset and configuration data.

Automation & AI/ML Integration:

• Implement automation solutions to streamline IT and business processes.
• Leverage AI/ML capabilities in ServiceNow to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.
• Continuously explore AI-enabled features to improve workflow intelligence and predictive analytics.

Integration & Collaboration:

• Integrate ServiceNow with external systems and third-party applications via REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, and middleware tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT operations, business stakeholders, and product owners to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Support Agile development practices, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospective sessions.

Troubleshooting & Optimization:

• Identify and resolve technical issues, performance bottlenecks, and configuration errors.
• Ensure ServiceNow instances are optimized, secure, and compliant with best practices.
• Provide support for production issues and assist in release management.

Documentation & Knowledge Sharing:

• Create and maintain technical documentation for solutions, workflows, and integrations.
• Share knowledge with peers and mentor junior developers on best practices and coding standards.
