- Experience in integrating third party systems with ServiceNow.
- Experience in developing ServiceNow scoped applications.
- Experience in developing Service catalogs, workflows, Catalog scripts, macros etc.
- Experience in ServiceNow Scripting like Scripted Rest APIs, Business rules, client scripts etc.
- Experience in using ServiceNow REST API, ACLs, data policy, notifications, email scripts etc.
- Experience in Data load, transform creation and reporting capabilities.

- ServiceNow System Admin Certification.
- ServiceNow Application development certification.
- Good analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Experience in ServiceNow automated testing.
