ServiceNow Technical Architect
Experience: 10–16 years overall | 8–12+ years on ServiceNow
Location: Noida / PAN India
Role Overview
- Senior ServiceNow Technical Architect responsible for end‑to‑end platform architecture, solution governance, enterprise integrations, and technical leadership across large-scale, multi‑module implementations.
Key Responsibilities
- Define overall ServiceNow architecture, solution design and technical roadmap
- Establish and enforce platform governance, design standards and best practices
- Lead multi‑module enterprise implementations, migrations and upgrades
- Perform architectural reviews, risk analysis, and performance optimisation
- Design enterprise‑grade integrations, system landscapes and data flows
- Act as final technical escalation point for complex issues
- Engage with senior stakeholders, lead solution workshops and pre‑sales technical discussions
ServiceNow Modules (Multi‑module mandatory)
- Proven experience across multiple modules including ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, SPM/ITBM, SecOps, ESM, Service Portal / Employee Center
Architecture & Platform Skills
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture, CMDB, CSDM and enterprise patterns
- Expertise in integration architecture using REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub, iPaaS
- Experience in upgrade strategy, instance strategy, data migration and scalability planning
- Strong understanding of ITIL, enterprise architecture principles and Agile delivery
Certifications
- Mandatory: Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- Mandatory: Certified Application Developer (CAD)
- Mandatory: Minimum 4 Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS)
- Mandatory: ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA)
- ITIL Certification – Preferred
