Service Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee all service operations in the workshop to ensure smooth and efficient functioning
• Ensure timely and quality service delivery to customers while maintaining high standards
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of service staff, providing guidance, training, and motivation
• Develop and implement service strategies to achieve operational and customer satisfaction targets
• Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally to ensure a positive experience
• Maintain service records, reports, and documentation for all vehicles serviced
• Coordinate with sales, spare parts, and technical teams to optimize workflow and service efficiency
• Identify process improvements to enhance productivity, quality, and profitability of service operations
