Role Summary
Looking for a Service Manager to lead its service center operations, ensure smooth workflows, manage the service team, and maintain high-quality support for lithium battery products.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure smooth functioning of the service center and design efficient workflows.
Achieve monthly targets for repaired batteries as defined by management.
Maintain and improve Turn Around Time (TAT) for service operations.
Reduce failure rates in the field of post-repair (TRC).
Manage inventory, spare parts, tools, equipment, and service facilities.
Lead, train, and manage the service team, ensuring skill development and accountability.
Implement workflow processes and SOPs across the service center.
Coordinate with Design, Testing, and Production teams for issue resolution.
Handle customer complaints and ensure high service quality (CSI/NPS).

Compensation - Max 14 Lacs
