Job Overview
We are hiring an experienced Service Manager to lead after-sales service operations for electric vehicles. The role involves managing service teams, ensuring high customer satisfaction, and maintaining efficient service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of the service center
- Ensure timely servicing, repair, and maintenance of EV vehicles
- Handle customer complaints and ensure resolution
- Monitor service quality and customer satisfaction
- Coordinate with technical, spare parts, and logistics teams
- Maintain service records, repair history, and warranty claims
- Ensure availability of spare parts and tools
- Train and guide service technicians and advisors
- Monitor TAT (Turnaround Time) and improve efficiency
- Ensure compliance with safety and company policies
- Prepare service performance reports (daily/weekly/monthly)
- Work with sales & technical teams for feedback and improvements
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of EV / automobile servicing
