Role: Change Manager

Role Description:
As a Change Manager, you will lead, drive, facilitate, and chair all investigation activities, meetings, and conference calls. You will form collaborative action plans with specific actions, roles, and deadlines, ensuring these are completed. The Major Incident Manager/Incident Manager is responsible for the end-to-end management of all IT changes and escalated issues, managing the lifecycle of all change records.
Must Have Skills:
- ITIL/SIAM Foundation Certified
Good to Have Skills:
- SIAM Professional, ITIL Intermediate, and Azure Fundamentals certified
Key Responsibilities:
- Change Management:
- Ensure that all changes go through the approver quality requirements and approvals before implementation.
- Convene Preparatory CAB with suppliers and chair client CAB meetings to meet expectations.
- Gather appropriate information based on the type of change being investigated.
- Associate related CIs, incidents, and services to the change request.
- Provide status updates to requesters.
- Review change plans and schedules.
- Plan activities, including scheduling the change request, assessing risk and impact, creating plans, and defining and sequencing tasks needed to accomplish the change request.
- Review all completed tasks.
- Conduct post-implementation reviews to validate the results of the change request.
Technical Basics:
- Good to have basic Azure/SAP/SaaS/Network/EUC fundamental knowledge.
Professional Attributes:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to connect and drive major client calls.
- Ability to operate independently and make effective decisions with little direct supervision.
- Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking skills.
Educational Qualification:
Any bachelor's degree.
