Summary:
As a Service Management Practitioner, you will support the delivery of programs, projects, or managed services. You will coordinate projects through contract management and shared service coordination. Your role will involve developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders and sponsors to ensure high levels of commitment and enable the strategic agenda. You will be based in Bhubaneswar and should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Service Integration and Management (SIAM). A graduate or above education is required for this position.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate, and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Coordinate projects through contract management and shared service coordination.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Service Integration and Management (SIAM).
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Infrastructure Service Management.

- Experience in coordinating and managing projects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
