Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and manage the end-to-end Change Management process within the SIAM model
  • Ensure adherence to standardized change policies, procedures, and governance across all vendors
  • Coordinate and integrate changes across internal IT teams, external suppliers, and third-party providers
  • Act as the single point of accountability for change execution and conflict resolution
  • Lead and facilitate Change Advisory Board (CAB) and Emergency CAB (ECAB) meetings
  • Ensure proper risk assessment, impact analysis, and rollback planning for all changes
  • Communicate change plans, risks, and updates to technical and business stakeholders
  • Support audit, compliance, and governance activities related to IT changes
  • Monitor and analyze change performance metrics such as success rate, failures, and emergency changes
  • Drive continual service improvement initiatives based on insights and trend analysis
  • Ensure alignment with ITIL best practices and organizational standards
