Job Summary

We are looking for a Service Incharge to manage Sunflame's aftersales service operations in West Bengal. The role involves ensuring 24hour TAT for service calls, monitoring ASP (Authorized Service Provider) performance, managing spareparts inventory, and driving customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle aftersales service operations and ensure timely closure of customer complaints.
  • Monitor and support ASPs across West Bengal; conduct visits and ensure technician training.
  • Prepare service MIS reports and dashboards; share updates with stakeholders.
  • Making follow ups for Ageing Calls.
  • Maintain service master data in CRM and support audit requirements.
  • Forecast and control spareparts inventory, including seasonal planning.
  • Reduce replacements through quality feedback and technical improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • ITI / Diploma with 12 years experience in kitchen appliances or service operations.
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel & PowerPoint; experience with Siebel CRM preferred.
  • Strong communication, coordination & problemsolving skills.
