The ideal candidate will have 2027 years of experience and will lead multi-branch service operations across Kerala and Tamil Nadu, ensuring top-notch service delivery, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction in the passenger car segment.

Key Responsibilitie

• sLead and oversee day-to-day service operations across multiple dealership branches
• .Ensure 100% compliance with OEM guidelines, warranty policies, and statutory regulations
• .Drive customer satisfaction through efficient service delivery and prompt resolution of escalations
• .Implement best practices in dealership management and service processes
• .Achieve revenue growth and profitability targets across service operations
• .Monitor and improve operational KPIs such as turnaround time, repeat repairs, and customer retention
