Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Service Engineer located in Kochi. The Service Engineer will be responsible for providing field services, performing troubleshooting, and ensuring effective maintenance and repair of equipment. The role also involves offering technical support to clients and ensuring efficient resolution of any operational issues. Effective communication with team members and clients is an integral part of the daily responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Troubleshooting and identifying technical problems and their resolution.
• Experience with Field Service operations and on-site client visits.
• Strong Communication skills for client interactions and teamwork.
• Expertise in Technical Support and guiding customers through system operations.
• Hands-on skills in Maintenance & Repair, ensuring equipment reliability and performance.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in an on-site environment.
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field preferred.
• Experience in the equipment and service industry is an added advantage.
