Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Service Engineer located in Ernakulam. The Service Engineer will be responsible for diagnosing and troubleshooting issues with diesel engines and alternators, providing technical support, and carrying out field service operations. The role also includes performing routine maintenance and repairs to ensure optimal equipment performance. The Service Engineer will collaborate with a team to deliver efficient and reliable service to clients.

Qualifications

• Experience in Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to diesel engines and alternators
• Proficiency in Field Service operations and on-site client support
• Strong Communication skills for client interaction and team collaboration
• Expertise in Technical Support to guide clients on proper usage and maintenance
• Proficiency in Maintenance & Repair of diesel engines and alternators
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in on-site environments
• Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field
• Experience in the diesel engine or generator industry is preferred

Salary

Can expect 15000 to 35000.
