Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Service Engineer role based in Mumbai, Maharashtra. The Service Engineer will be responsible for installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of Track and Trace/Vision Systems. They will conduct field service visits, provide technical support to clients, and ensure efficient operation of the systems. The role requires effective communication with customers and internal teams to diagnose issues, perform corrective actions, and document the service processes thoroughly.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Troubleshooting and Maintenance & Repair to identify and resolve technical issues efficiently
  • Experience in providing Field Service and Technical Support, including handling service visits and client queries
  • Strong Communication skills to interact effectively with clients and internal teams
  • Good understanding of Track and Trace/Vision Systems and related technologies
  • Ability to work independently in an on-site environment
  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or related field) is preferred
  • Previous experience in pharmaceutical engineering or related sectors is advantageous
