Department: Service / After Sales
Key Responsibilities
- Install, commission, and service machines/equipment at customer locations.
- Perform troubleshooting and repair of mechanical/electrical issues.
- Provide technical support and customer assistance.
- Conduct preventive maintenance and machine inspections.
- Prepare service reports and maintain service records.
- Coordinate with customers and internal teams for issue resolution.
- Train customers on machine operation and maintenance.
Qualifications
- Diploma / B.E. Mechanical, Electrical, or related field.
- Experience in machine servicing, maintenance, or field support.
- Knowledge of troubleshooting, installation, and commissioning.
- Good communication and customer handling skills.
