Job Summary

We are looking for a Service Engineer with hands-on experience in IVD (In-Vitro Diagnostics) devices to provide installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and technical support for diagnostic equipment across Bihar.

Key Responsibilities

* Install, commission, and demonstrate IVD diagnostic equipment at customer locations.

* Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of IVD instruments.

* Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, electronic, mechanical, and software-related issues.

* Attend breakdown/service calls and ensure timely resolution.

* Conduct regular preventive maintenance and calibration activities.

* Provide technical support to hospitals, diagnostic laboratories, and healthcare institutions.

* Maintain accurate service reports, installation reports, and maintenance records.

* Coordinate with the technical/support team for complex equipment issues.

* Train customers and operators on proper equipment usage and basic troubleshooting.

* Ensure high customer satisfaction and minimize equipment downtime.

* Travel extensively across the assigned territory in Bihar.
