We are looking for a Service Engineer to join our expanding servicing team . The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Servicing , Installation and maintenance of compression machines and pharma machinery preferred .
Key Responsibilities
- Installation & Commissioning : Oversee the installation and commissioning of compression machines and pharma machinery , ensuring they are fully operational.
- Maintenance & Troubleshooting : Perform regular maintenance and troubleshoot technical issues with machines , ensuring minimal downtime and high efficiency.
- Repair & Service : Conduct in-depth repairs and service for mechanical equipment , ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards .
- Technical Support : Provide on-site and remote technical support to clients , addressing any concerns related to machinery performance and optimization.
- Training & Guidance : Train client staff on the proper operation and maintenance of equipment to enhance performance and longevity.
- Documentation & Reporting : Maintain accurate records of services performed , machine - diagnostics , and spare part usage .
- Problem - Solving : Identify recurring issues , offer proactive solutions , and work closely with the engineering team to resolve complex mechanical challenges .
- Customer Relations : Develop and maintain strong customer relationships by ensuring excellent service delivery and timely resolution of technical issues.
- Travel : Be prepared for frequent travel to customer sites , ensuring effective service coverage across multiple locations .
