Provide technical service and support for high-voltage Circuit Breakers with ratings ranging from 72.5 kV to 800 kV
Handle complaint registration, tracking, and resolution in coordination with relevant internal teams
Collaborate closely with cross-functional departments such as Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, and order management to ensure timely issue resolution
Possess and apply internal process knowledge, particularly related to material movement and logistics flow
Use SAP for service-related transactions, material tracking, reports, and documentation
Perform site visits, inspections, troubleshooting, commissioning, and service support activities as required
Prepare service reports and technical documentation using MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Utilize Power BI for basic data analysis, reporting, and service performance tracking
Ensure compliance with company safety, quality, and operational standards
Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process gaps and improvement opportunities
Willingness to travel extensively to customer sites and project locations
