Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical service and support for high-voltage Circuit Breakers with ratings ranging from 72.5 kV to 800 kV
  • Handle complaint registration, tracking, and resolution in coordination with relevant internal teams
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional departments such as Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, and order management to ensure timely issue resolution
  • Possess and apply internal process knowledge, particularly related to material movement and logistics flow
  • Use SAP for service-related transactions, material tracking, reports, and documentation
  • Perform site visits, inspections, troubleshooting, commissioning, and service support activities as required
  • Prepare service reports and technical documentation using MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Utilize Power BI for basic data analysis, reporting, and service performance tracking
  • Ensure compliance with company safety, quality, and operational standards
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process gaps and improvement opportunities
  • Willingness to travel extensively to customer sites and project locations
