Responsibilities
- Execute service calls and ensure timely updates to Head Office and customers
- Resolve customer complaints with RCA closure
- Conduct Knowledge Sharing Programs (installation, troubleshooting, spares selection training) for service partners and contractors
- Drive regional after-sales business in line with KRAs
- Ensure closure of warranty and non-warranty tickets within OTD timelines
- Conduct product performance audits and campaigns
- Convert spares/AMC leads into confirmed orders
- Achieve targeted after-sales business aligned with organizational goals
- Minimize QAR and reduce cost of poor quality (FOC supply)
- Organize product awareness seminars
- Evaluate and audit service partners and authorized installation contractors
Qualifications
- Diploma / Degree in Mechanical, Electrical & Electronics, or Civil Engineering
- 4–7 years of hands-on experience in Service and AMC management

- Site handling and project execution skills
- RCA (Root Cause Analysis) & FMEA (Failure Modes and Effects Analysis) proficiency
- Customer relationship management
- Techno-commercial knowledge and negotiation skills
- Result-oriented approach with focus on KRAs
