To perform maintenance of all types of analytical Equipment's in Quality control
Performed Maintenance of Waters Alliance HPLC, ARC HPLC and Agilent HPLC, Agilent GC, Perkin GC, UV-VIS Spectrophotometer, Dissolution Test apparatus, Incubators, water purification systems, Analytical Balances, pH Meters and other QC instruments.
Spare management of the equipment to reduce breakdown time.
To attend the Breakdowns timely for all type of instruments and minimize breakdowns by taking precautionary actions.
To maintain all the documents of Quality control instruments related to their breakdowns and preventive maintenance.
Co-ordinate with service engineer/ vendor during out-side calibration/preventive maintenance.
Responsible for trending breakdown and massage center
To support in investigation of out of calibration
Co-ordinate with CFT team like Engineering, IT etc. for rectification of breakdown.
Responsible for timely inform abnormality to QC manager in quality control.
Responsible to handling of trouble shooting and trained to new joiners.
