Job Description

Location: Hyderabad

Qualification: B.E. Electrical & Electronics / Mechanical

Experience: 2–5 years in Pharma Machinery Industries is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Install, commission, troubleshoot, and qualify pharma machines.
  • Attend service calls and ensure timely resolution.
  • Provide feedback to NPD on customer needs and product opportunities.
  • Conduct competitor product/service analysis.
  • Support and guide sales teams in identifying opportunities.
  • Maintain and update customer complaint register.
  • Communicate with clients to understand technical service needs.
  • Build strong customer relationships and deliver high service standards.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years experience in pharma machinery industry.
  • Strong technical knowledge of installation & commissioning.
  • Regional language proficiency (mandatory).
  • 90% field job; willingness to travel extensively.
  • Good communication and customer‑handling skills.
