Qualification: B.Tech / B.E / Diploma in Electrical or Electronics / ITI
Experience: 13 years
Skills Needed:
- Good at fixing and troubleshooting solar power systems.
- Able to communicate well with customers and keep them happy.
- Basic knowledge of computer networks for solar system setups.
- Can write simple reports and documents.
- Able to solve some problems remotely (over phone or internet).
- Experience in installing equipment properly and safely.
- Familiar with software to track repairs and service tasks.
- Can use mobile tools or apps while working in the field.
Job Responsibilities:
maintain and repair solar systems at homes and businesses.
Quickly find and solve problems on-site.
Keep clear records of the work done.
Talk to customers and answer their technical questions.
Work with team members to share knowledge and improve service.
Learn about new solar technologies and methods.
Help customers over the phone or online when needed.
