Service Engineer

The role of Service engineer involves visiting customer sites in the given region and address issues such as

1. Breakdown in machines - Assess the problems in the machine and service the machine by replacing parts wherever necessary.
2. Handle spares at customer place - Ensure spares management in terms of putting the right spares, providing documents to customer, ensure faulty materials return back wherever applicable to factory for servicing.
3. Installation and training : Install new machines, train the customer on how to use the machine among others.
4. Build good relationship with customers and ensure customer satisfaction.

Desired candidate should be willing to do above work, open to travelling and high energy. Required training will be given from nanoPix.
