Service Engineer (Mechanical/Electrical)

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Service Engineer with expertise in both mechanical and electrical systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing maintenance, repairs, and installations, while also providing excellent customer support to ensure the smooth operation of our products.

Roles and Responsibilities

Maintenance and Repair:

• Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on mechanical and electrical equipment and systems.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely solutions.

Installation and Commissioning:

• Install and commission new equipment and systems as required.
• Ensure that all installations adhere to safety and quality standards.

Customer Support:

• Provide excellent customer support by addressing inquiries, concerns, and technical issues.
• Offer guidance and training to customers on equipment operation and maintenance.

Documentation:

• Maintain accurate records of service activities, including reports, service logs, and documentation of parts used.
• Prepare service reports for management and customers.

Quality Assurance:

• Ensure that all services are performed in compliance with company standards and safety regulations.

Skills Required
