Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time Service Engineer role based in Sadar. The Service Engineer will be responsible for performing maintenance and repair tasks on a diverse fleet of rental equipment. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting troubleshooting, providing technical support, and ensuring timely resolution of issues to maintain full operational efficiency. The position also involves collaboration with teams to deliver high-quality service to meet client needs effectively.
Qualifications
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in providing field service and handling on-site technical challenges.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with clients and team members.
- Experience in technical support and maintenance & repair of industrial or rental equipment.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in an on-site setting.
- Diploma or degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in the material handling or equipment rental industry is a plus.
