Loom Solar is looking for a dedicated and technically skilled Service Engineer to handle installation support, troubleshooting, maintenance, and customer service for solar products and systems. The candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth functioning of solar panels, inverters, batteries, and related equipment while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Key ResponsibilitiesInstall, inspect, and maintain solar power systems including panels, inverters, batteries, and wiring systems.
Diagnose and resolve electrical and technical faults at customer sites.
Provide after-sales service and ensure timely complaint resolution.
Conduct preventive maintenance of installed systems.
Test equipment performance and ensure systems operate efficiently.
Coordinate with internal teams such as sales, production, and technical support for issue resolution.
Prepare service reports, maintenance logs, and customer feedback records.
Educate customers on product usage, safety precautions, and basic maintenance.
Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and company service protocols.
Travel to customer locations for on-site service whenever required.
Diploma in Electrical Engineering
Freshers can apply.
1–3 years of experience in electrical maintenance, solar service, or field service will be preferred.
Basic knowledge of electrical circuits, wiring, and troubleshooting.
Understanding of solar systems, inverters, and batteries.
Ability to use electrical tools and testing instruments such as multimeter, clamp meter, etc.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Good communication and customer handling skills.
Ability to work independently and in field conditions.
Willingness to travel for service visits.
Basic computer knowledge for reporting and documentation.
