Service Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and calibrate power tools and lifting equipment at customer sites.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and software faults.
• Conduct preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Perform inspections and certifications for lifting equipment.
• Maintain detailed service logs, inspection reports, repair histories, and compliance records.
• Provide on-site and remote troubleshooting support.
• Guide customers on proper usage, maintenance, and safety practices.
• Handle warranty claims and escalate complex issues to technical teams.
• Train customers and junior technicians in equipment handling and maintenance.
• Document recurring issues and customer feedback for product improvement.
• Execute service agreements, maintain the product installation base, and support revenue collection.
• Visit customer sites for scheduled maintenance, emergency repairs, and audits.
• Stay updated with new technologies, tools, and service protocols
