Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Installation & Calibration: Set up, calibrate, and ensure compliance of power tools and lifting equipment at customer sites.
  • Fault Diagnosis & Maintenance: Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and software issues; perform preventive maintenance to reduce downtime.
  • Inspections & Documentation: Conduct safety inspections, certifications, and maintain detailed service logs, repair histories, and compliance records.
  • Customer Support: Provide on-site and remote troubleshooting; guide customers on proper usage, maintenance, and safety practices.
  • Warranty & Escalations: Handle warranty claims and escalate complex technical issues to appropriate teams.
  • Training & Knowledge Transfer: Train customers and junior technicians on equipment handling, maintenance, and safety protocols.
  • Service Agreements & Revenue: Execute service contracts, manage revenue collection, and maintain the regional product installation base.
  • Continuous Improvement: Document feedback, identify recurring issues, and stay updated with new technologies, tools, and service protocols.
