Position Overview
We are looking for a
dynamic and technically skilled Service Engineer to join our team in
Pune. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installation, calibration, troubleshooting, maintenance, and service support of our range of analytical and laboratory instruments
Key Responsibilities
- Installation, commissioning, and demonstration of Hanna instruments at customer sites.
- Provide timely preventive and breakdown maintenance services.
- Handle calibration, troubleshooting, and repair of analytical instruments.
- Conduct technical training and product demonstrations for customers.
- Maintain detailed service reports, documentation, and call records.
- Coordinate with the Service and Sales teams to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with internal teams for spare parts, warranty claims, and customer follow-ups.
- Ensure high standards of service delivery and promote customer satisfaction.
- Travel to customer sites within assigned territory as required.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electronics, Instrumentation, or Electrical Engineering.
- Experience: 14 years of experience in servicing analytical, laboratory, or process instruments.
- Strong understanding of electrical, electronics, and instrumentation systems.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the region.
- Knowledge of calibration and maintenance procedures for lab/process instruments will be an added advantage.
