- Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of forklifts and related equipment.
- Conduct preventive maintenance checks and ensure machines are in optimal working condition.
- Travel to client sites across North and East India (including Delhi) for service visits.
- Maintain service records and prepare reports after each visit.
- Coordinate with the technical team for spare parts, tools, and support when required.
- Provide on-site technical assistance and training to client operators if needed.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of Experience.
- ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or related field preferred.
- Hindi is mandatory for effective communication during outstation visits.
- Basic understanding of forklift operations and maintenance.
- Willingness to travel frequently for outstation service assignments.
- All travel and accommodation expenses will be arranged and covered by the company.
