Service Engineer

Fettling Automation specializes in providing advanced fettling shop equipment for foundries across India. The company focuses on developing innovative solutions for grinding, degating, and cutting tasks essential to foundry operations. This is a full-time, on-site role for a Service Engineer located in Chennai. The Service Engineer will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of fettling equipment at client sites. Daily tasks include conducting field service visits, providing technical support, and ensuring proper functionality of equipment. The role involves collaborating with clients to resolve technical issues and delivering exceptional customer support to ensure optimal equipment performance.

• Ability to perform troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of industrial machinery and equipment
• Experience in field service and on-site technical support
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
• Relevant technical certifications or a degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related engineering field is a plus
• Flexibility to travel to client sites as required
