JOB DESCRIPTION SERVICE ENGINEER (ELECTRICAL)

About the Organisation-

A manufacture casting machinery for Copper & Copper Alloy castings majorly brass castings.Customer business segment includes bathroom fitting manufacturers, water meter manufacturers, valves manufacturers.

Our major machines includes: Channel Type Electric Induction Furnace for brass melting, Gravity Die Casting (GDC), Low Pressure Die Casting (LPDC), Core Shooter machine for making resin coated san cores etc.

The service engineer we are looking for is for double position:

Software & preventive Service Engineer BASIC SKILLS FOR CANDIDATE:

Good English speaking and writings

EDUCATION: graduation in Electronic Eng. Or Mechanical Engineer or similar organized mind and managerial approach

Should have worked as service engineer with travel to different parts of India for customer visits

Electrical and electronics basic- knowledge

Siemens S7200 ,S7300 , wincc flexible , TIA portal knowledge .

Experience in PDC /Electric induction furnacpreferably copper maintenance/Handling siemens PLC & HMI.

Should have travelled in previous jobs for service operations

PLC programming basic at least .

Troubleshooting and problem solving attitude.

Mechanical Engineering basic knowledge .

Hydraulic and pneumatic basic knowledge's.

PC and operating systems as windows knowledge .

FUNCTION:

IN HOUSE JOB - Preventive

- TEST ALL MACHINES MANUFACTURED, properly under certain procedures (list of checks), in support of manufacturing, to finalize ultimate test before delivery; all machines must have same standard, and be tested in same way

VISIT at CLIENTS, planned and schedule in the first 18 months - Service

-Up-date the map of companysmachines

-Up-date the map of competitors machines, where possible

-Collect Client's point of views, production manager confidentiality rumor

-To become a realcompanys guy, confident and dynamic, proposing his point of view to improve

The purpose is to reduce the intervention outside, guaranteeing the best performance of the machine, tested in house.
