We are seeking a motivated and skilled Service Engineer to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and will be responsible for providing top-notch service and support to our clients, ensuring that their equipment operates efficiently and effectively.
Responsibilities
Install, maintain, and repair equipment and machinery at customer sites
Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers
Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on equipment
Document service activities and prepare reports on service visits
Train customers on proper usage and maintenance of equipment
Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer needs and provide solutions
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards during service operations
Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field)
2-7 years of experience in field service or technical support
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients
Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and software
Familiarity with electrical and mechanical systems
Willingness to travel frequently to customer locations
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
