Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair equipment and machinery at customer sites
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on equipment
- Document service activities and prepare reports on service visits
- Train customers on proper usage and maintenance of equipment
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer needs and provide solutions
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards during service operations
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field)
- 2-7 years of experience in field service or technical support
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and software
- Familiarity with electrical and mechanical systems
- Willingness to travel frequently to customer locations
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
