Service Engineer

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Service Engineer based in Ahmedabad. The Service Engineer will be responsible for performing troubleshooting, providing field service support, conducting routine maintenance and repair tasks on company equipment, and delivering technical support to customers. Day-to-day responsibilities include diagnosing and resolving technical problems, interacting with clients, and ensuring the smooth operation of machinery installed at customer sites.

• Proficiency in Troubleshooting and Field Service tasks
• Strong Communication skills for effective client interaction
• Experience in Maintenance and Repair of industrial equipment
• Ability to provide Technical Support and guidance to users
• Strong problem-solving abilities and teamwork orientation
• Willingness to travel for on-site service activities
• Diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related engineering field is preferred
• Prior experience in the plastic or manufacturing industry is a plus
