Service Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, test, and commission equipment or machinery at client locations.
• Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and preventive servicing.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware/software issues and implement timely solutions.
• Respond to customer service calls and provide on-site or remote technical support.
• Train customers on the proper operation and maintenance of equipment.
• Document service activities, maintenance records, and technical reports.
• Collaborate with engineering and sales teams to improve products and service delivery.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies during all service activities.
• Travel to customer sites as required.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or relevant field).
• Prior experience (1-3 years) in service engineering, technical support, or related roles.
• Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and drawings.
• Willingness to travel frequently and work flexible hours.
• Familiarity with relevant tools, software, and diagnostic equipment.
