Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Service Engineer role based in Jalandhar. Responsibilities include providing technical support and maintenance services for CNC and other advanced machines, troubleshooting equipment issues, and performing repair tasks to ensure optimal machine performance. The role involves delivering field service to clients and addressing technical problems promptly to minimize downtime. Additionally, the Service Engineer will demonstrate clear communication to support effective client interactions and technical understanding.
Qualifications
- Knowledge in maintenance of CNC machine Turning, VMC, HMC, Grinding.
- Strong troubleshooting and technical support skills for identifying and resolving complex machine issues.
- Experience in performing field service and conducting maintenance and repair operations efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills to convey technical information clearly and liaise effectively with clients and team members.
- Technical expertise in handling CNC machines and related advanced manufacturing technologies.
- Relevant technical certification, diploma, or degree in mechanical, electrical, or related engineering fields is preferred.
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently in a fast-paced environment with a customer-centric mindset.
