The Service Engineer is responsible for maintaining and servicing the G-Gaiter device at client sites. The role focuses on ensuring smooth operation, performing preventive maintenance, resolving technical issues, and maintaining strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Perform preventive maintenance and attend service calls to diagnose and resolve technical issues, ensuring reliable and efficient device operation.
- Client Training & Support: Provide basic operational training to hospital staff/operators and ensure proper usage of the device.
- Site Coordination & Readiness: Coordinate with hospital teams to ensure site readiness (power supply, space, safety requirements) before installation and during service visits..
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain service reports, installation checklists, and update records for all activities, including issues, resolutions, and spare parts usage, ensuring proper and timely reporting.
- Client Relationship Management: Maintain good communication with clients, address concerns promptly, and ensure a high level of service satisfaction.
Qualifications
Diploma / B-Tech (Electrical & Electronics / Mechanical)
Location: Mumbai
