Job Description

Service Desk L1 Support Pune | Up to 5 LPA | Immediate Joiners Only

Experience: 1+5 months (Service Desk)

Location: Pune (100% Work From Office)

Shifts: 247 Rotational (US/UK)

Notice Period: 015 Days Only

Education: 15 Years full-time Degree

Mandatory Skills

  • ServiceNow Ticketing Tool
  • Office 365 (O365)
  • Active Directory (AD) Password reset, account unlock
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Basic networking knowledge

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide L1 technical support via calls/emails/tickets
  • Troubleshoot AD, O365, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint & basic network issues
  • Log and update tickets accurately
  • Ensure SLA compliance & customer satisfaction
  • Escalate issues as per process

Technical Requirements

  • Knowledge of Azure AD, Exchange admin basics
  • Windows OS troubleshooting (XP10)
  • VPN, TCP/IP, browsers, MS Office
  • Mobile device troubleshooting (iOS/Android)
