Mandatory Skills
- ServiceNow Ticketing Tool
- Office 365 (O365)
- Active Directory (AD) Password reset, account unlock
- Excellent communication skills
- Basic networking knowledge
Job Responsibilities
- Provide L1 technical support via calls/emails/tickets
- Troubleshoot AD, O365, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint & basic network issues
- Log and update tickets accurately
- Ensure SLA compliance & customer satisfaction
- Escalate issues as per process
Technical Requirements
- Knowledge of Azure AD, Exchange admin basics
- Windows OS troubleshooting (XP10)
- VPN, TCP/IP, browsers, MS Office
- Mobile device troubleshooting (iOS/Android)
