Description

We are seeking a motivated Service Desk Engineer to join our team in Bangalore. This role is ideal for candidates with 0-1 years of experience who are eager to develop their skills in IT support and provide excellent service to our users.

Responsibilities

  • Provide first-level support to end-users for hardware and software issues.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems related to IT services and systems.
  • Respond to service requests and incidents via phone, email, and ticketing system.
  • Document issues and resolutions in the ticketing system for tracking and reporting purposes.
  • Escalate complex issues to senior team members as necessary.
  • Participate in on-call support rotations as needed.
  • Maintain a high level of customer service while assisting users.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Basic understanding of IT support and service desk operations.
  • Familiarity with operating systems such as Windows and Linux.
  • Knowledge of networking concepts and troubleshooting.
  • Experience with ticketing systems and remote support tools.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
